We will meet regularly on a one-to-one basis over the course of three months. In our sessions, we jointly explore your specific situation and ambitions. We take a systemic approach reflecting on three levels: you as an individual, the context of the team, and the organization. Everyone’s development journey is individual. This is why we co-create your personal learning experience and choose the tools that work best for you. The sessions are conducted in person or via video conference.
